The tell your story form asks for your first name, an email address, the details of your story, and whether or not you consent to your story and first name being shown publicly. This information is included in a notification email sent to campaign team members and is stored in a database accessible to administrators of this website. The information in your form submission is only used to review your story for potential inclusion on the website or other promotional materials if you have consented to your story being shown publicly. This information is stored permanently unless otherwise deleted at your request.

You have the right to request any PII we hold on you, the right to request that we correct this information, the right to object to or restrict any further processing of this information, and the right to have this information permanently deleted.
